BLM Fly Overs

The BLM is flying Helicopters over the Caballo Mountains there in New Mexico. They are flying at as low as 100 feet and as high as 300 feet. They actually are not suppose to be below 1500 feet. They are suppose to fly at 1500 feet above the highest point which 100 to 300 feet is not the case.

When I left the New Mexico on the 23rd of December, 2008 the government actually had two government vehicles scan the trucks I was in. One was a van and the other was a pickup. They did the scanning in Arizona. It must be remembered that they do not cause anyone any problems if there is nothing there. There are various Governmental agencies that visit this website first thing in the morning and the last thing at night every day. But these Government agencies do nothing to keep the Las Cruces BLM in check. I have had and I have copies of letters that were written by various BLM officials out of the Las Cruces office where they just flat out lie and misrepresent the facts.

New Year

Today is the start of a New Year and I wish everyone the best for the up coming year. I would like everyone to understand that calling the BLM to find out about treasure troves is not going to get you anywhere except on their watch list. If you start talking about treasure trove with the local officials of the BLM they are going to give you the company line and tell you that everything that is buried on BLM land and is over 50 years belongs to the Government. Then they proceed to give you legal advice to which they know nothing about. What they don't tell you that you have to go above their heads and go to the Department of Interior which is their boss. You also have to know what is an artifact and what is not. You also have to be aware if what you are looking for is on an active mining claim or not. They will also tell that if you get a Court Order from a United States District Court that they don't have to follow it. I personally know different I have had them in court several times and they always stipulate out because they do not want the Court to know that the BLM is in a conflict of interest.

Trip to New Mexico

This last Monday I was in the Caballo's just to check things out and to pick up a truck that was there as well. One of the guys that works for me was on his way back home for two weeks and I need to pick up the truck. I went to the mine site just to see how it was going and I wanted to see for myself just what the problems were. First thing that I noticed was that the fence that the BLM told them to put up to protect people from falling into the hold which is about 10 feet across and 75 feet deep, was not very good it could not protect anyone or prevent them from falling into the hole. Because the rock is very unstable there is the potential of the rock falling in sheets hitting the workers and causing some real damage. Since the workers are not wearing hard hats or even if they were with the edges of the hole being unstable there is the potential that someone could or will get hurt. There are no safety precautions put in place to protect anyone. The person that is removing the ore from the site really has no idea of what it takes to keep the workers safe. What is even strange is the the person states that he has the mining permit to mine the site and a quick check with the BLM there states that he does not. He does have an agreement to remove the ore from the claim owner.

Treasures Unlimited

In 1996-97 I sued Richard Rowland, Treasures Unlimited, Treasures Unlimited II, and Action Mining and Exploration in Fresno, California and they were represented by J.J Sandlin from Washingto State. There was a stipulation that was signed between the attorney for Richard Rowland, Treasures Unlimited, Treasures Unlimited II, and Action Mining and Exploration. As part of the stipulation the Tesoro project was to be turned back over to me debt free, all equipment and test results, etc. were to be turned over to me as a result of that stipulation. They were also told that they were to seize raising any funds for the project. I don't know who was all connected with the above named companies and have not heard from any of them for 10 years. All agreements that Richard had with the people connected with Treasures Unlimited, Treasure Unlimited II, and Action Mining and Exploration were render null and void as of the stipulation that was signed in 1997.

Lawyer for Tesoro Del Alma

Over the last few weeks I have been asked questions about the following persons:
Raymond Jordon and Vernon Jordon. It has come to my attention the someone has stated that Vernon Jordon an attorney in Washington D.C was working with Judge Suchanek who was the attorney for Tesoro Del Alma till his death a few years back. While I have never met Vernon Jordon I do not know for a fact that Vernon Jordon ever had anything to do with Tesoro Del Alma. When Judge Suchanek was alive he never told me anything about Vernon Jordon ever working with him concerning the affairs of Tesoro Del Alma. All of the business dealings concerning Tesoro Del Alma was always with Judge Suchanek.

It has also come to my attention the following. A persons by the name of Richard Sena and Raymond Jordon have been trying to raise funds and using the Tesoro Del Alma project as their project. We have never given Richard Sena or Raymond Jordon the permission to use the Tesoro Del Alma project to raise any funds. We have been made aware through some very important persons who are supporters of the Tesoro project that they were approached to invest in the Tesoro project stating that they had my authority to do so.

Our attorney is Jack Chapman in Omaha, NE. Raymond Jordon is the cousin to Vernon Jordon and Vernon Jordon was one of the Attorneys for President Clinton. I do know that there are people looking for Raymond Jordon because he took over a million dollars from some investors for some investment that he was promoting and never paid them back. It would seem that Vernon Jordon is protecting Raymond from certain law enforcement agencies that have been looking for him.

Tesoro Del Alma

I have been asked numerous time why I filed the treasure trove claim. In all the research that we did we found that the following:

1. After location of the trove you should know if it is on private property or public domain lands.

2. After you have ran all your tests then you have to file documentation that clearly states that you intend to recover the trove so that means filing paperwork at the county courthouse. If on public domain lands then you have to file a mining claim as well.

3. Filing the treasure trove at the county courthouse protects the treasure from anyone else that may be wondering what to do next. The dimensions of the claim should also be the same as the mining claim.

4. Then file a mining claim. The Government does not recognize Treasure trove claims. (The Government has never contested our treasure trove claim and now after almost 15 years they can not do it now).

5. You have to be able to protect the claim to establish ownership.

6. The government every year confiscates treasure because because treasure hunters do not want to take the time to it right. By doing it right it may take a little longer but in the end it is yours.

Writ of Mandate

I was talking with some people yesterday and they were asking me questions concerning the BLM and their attitude concerning treasure. The BLM does not recognize treasure and any type of treasure trove permit that may be gotten from the Department of Interior will not be honored. But there is a way to get it done.

You have to march into Federal Court with a Writ of Mandamus which is under the all writs act. Because The official that work for the BLM are government officials they are required to do certain things by law. The Mel Fisher case where the U.S. Supreme Court recognized the rights of the Treasure Finder and his right to remove the treasure makes the Government responsible to issue the permit and allow the removal of the treasure.

You have to allege that you have no other recourse under law. That the BLM is preventing the recovery of the treasure because they are in effect hunting for treasure themselves. The land that is managed by the BLM is public lands and not the private property of the United States Government. The Government would have you believe that they own the land and that they have the sole say so of what goes on there. You have to make the BLM believe that you will go to any length in Federal Court to get the removal done.

Interesting Information

The first picture of of Thayer Snipes, Jessie Craig, Myself, John Brodie was taken at the Caballo Lake campground.

The Second picture is of the so called trench that the Sanders Brothers dug. The Sanders Brothers and Mary Alice Droltre were told by the BLM to return the TDA-6 back to the same condition before the trench was dug. Of course they never returned TDA-6 back to the condition it was in before the trench was dug.

BLM, Forest Service, Fish and Game

Anyone that is hunting for treasure on land that is managed by the Government should be aware that the Goverment is not your friend. The first thing you should remember is that they will give you permission to dig for treasure only after they have ran tests of their own and from the results of their test that show that there is nothing there then and only then will they give you permission to dig. If they find that it is there then you will have a battle on your hands. I have found this out from past experience. The Government will manufacture all types of information against you that is not true, they will do everything within their power to discourage, threaten, file false reports with all types of law enforcement agencies as well.

The Government is forgetting that they only manage the land and that the land does not belong to them but to the people.

Elections

I am not a person to get involved in any type of elections. I would that a person should vote for the party that has done the best for the American people. If you feel that you are better off than you were 4 or 8 years ago then vote for John McCane if not then vote for Obama. I do know from the past that we had the most movement on our project when Clinton was in office so I would think that if Obama were elected we would be able to move ahead on the project.

Last update for September

The weekends in the Caballo's are very interesting in the amount of people that are visiting the Drolte claims M3 and M2. People are running around in golf carts and atv's waterpumps are running but they do not seem to be able to pump the water out fast enough. Because of all the rain the water table is very high and the underground streams are running full force. But it does seem that since the Silver Bar was found two weeks ago there has been more activity than before. We do have people there keeping an eye on them. Because what they fail to realize is that if they are digging, moving any dirt, soil without filing a plan and getting permission to move dirt or dig then they are subject to arrest. So far the BLM is not doing thier job.

Dore Bar Update

We have just learned that the Dore Bars that were in a Texas Bank in El Paso under the custody of the BLM were sold and the funds were kept by the U.S. Government. The agreement between the Government and us was that once the bars from the treasure were recovered and the assays matched then the Dore Bars were to be turned over to us. We have individuals that work for the Government who keep us advised as to what the Government is doing and they did not feel as if the Government was doing the honorable thing by living upto their word. I can only say that the Government is the biggest thief there is. The BLM is the group that could care less about any agreement that they make. If we did the same thing that Government does we would be in jail.

Update

The above picture was taken about two weeks ago when we were in New Mexico. The Girl in the picture is Rebecca Alley and she had been hearing about the treasure site for about 14 years. So she finally got to stand on the metal cover that covers the hole that Fred Drolte drilled when he was alive and was telling people that he owned the claim he never owned.

September 14th update

There is some interesting news coming out of the Caballo's. The first is that a father and his son on Friday found a silver bar in a creek bed. They were riding their ATV's when the father ran over something and went back to check what it was and found it to be a silver bar of about 32 lbs. We would not have know about it until the son told my crew about it. It appears that they were riding around one of our people's mining claim when they found it.

The other is that there appears to be people going upto the Caballo's at about dusk and leaving about daylight. All night long the water pump can be heard. The are hiding their vehicles to keep from being seen or found. There are a couple of things that is going on here. 1. They are waiting for the weekend when they think that no one is around. 2. They are hiding their vehicles. 3. They are going in at dusk and leaving at daybreak.

This would mean that they are claim jumping or they are trying to. There are people that are looking for these jumpers now and they will be found and turned over to the authorities.

Claim Jumpers 2

My attorneys are in the process of contacting the BLM there in New Mexico just to find out how many people have they allow to over claim my mining claim. It looks like I am going to have to post guards there again just to keep the claim jumpers off my claim. I am requesting permission to fence off my claim. As I have stated I will go after the claim jumpers no matter who they are. I will also name the BLM as one of the defendants. They have a responsibility and they are not living up to it.

Mr. White is in a lot of trouble and so is Mr. Patterson who owns a business of building and selling metal detectors.

Claim Jumper

I thought that claim jumping was a thing of the past but I guess that the BLM does not like doing their job. I was up at the Tesoro site in the Caballo Mountains this weekend and I found where someone was trying to file a claim on my site. I know that my mining claim is paid till August 2009 so I thought that it was strange. That a person by the name of William White, P.O. Box 143, Truth or Consequences, New Mexico 87901 I think is believing that he is going to pull a fast one. I will be talking with my attorneys and I will more than likely file suit against Mr. White. I know that he can not show where he has been paying the mining claim for the last 15 years. He copied my claim to the exact measurment. He even placed white pvc pipe on the brass caps that are on my claim. I do believe he is going to find out what it is going to be like in front of United States District Judge. The BLM will allow anyone to file on someone elses claims cause they only want the money. The BLM offices in New Mexico are some of the laziest officials in the Federal Government.

Gold update

Gold Advances in London on Dollar Weakness, Falling Equities

By Rachel Graham

July 22 (Bloomberg) -- Gold advanced for a second day in London as the dollar traded near a record low against the euro and stocks fell, boosting the appeal of the metal as an alternative investment. Silver and platinum also rose.

The dollar weakened after American Express Co., the biggest U.S. credit-card company by purchases, said second-quarter profit fell 37 percent as more consumers defaulted on loans. European stocks and U.S. index futures fell.

``It's all about dollar weakness and risk aversion,'' said Sagiv Peretz, a senior dealer at trading-system operator Finotec Trading U.K. Ltd., said by phone from London. ``We see some shifting from equities back into commodities, especially gold.''

Gold for immediate delivery gained $7, or 0.7 percent, to $972.55 an ounce as of 8:52 a.m. in London. Futures for August delivery rose $8.70, or 0.9 percent, to $972.40 an ounce in after-hours electronic trading on the Comex division of the New York Mercantile Exchange.

Assets in the SPDR Gold Trust, the largest exchange-traded fund backed by bullion, rose 0.5 percent yesterday.

Gold held by the company advanced by 3.06 tons to 705.59 tons yesterday, according to figures on the company's Web site. That's within 1 ton of the July 11 record of 705.9 tons.

Among other metals for immediate delivery, silver rose 17.5 cents, or 1 percent, to 18.595 an ounce. Platinum gained $31.25, or 1.7 percent, to $1,878.25 an ounce and palladium advanced $10.25, or 2.5 percent, to $425 an ounce.

Gold eyes $1,000/oz as investors flee stocks
Tue, Jul 15th, 2008 5:43 pm BdST

LONDON, July 15 (bdnews24.com/Reuters) - Gold jumped to a 4-month high above $980 an ounce on Tuesday and was eyeing the psychological $1,000 level as investors fleeing financial market turmoil sought refuge in the precious metal.

Spot gold hit $983.50 an ounce, the highest since March 19 before easing to $982.900/983.90 an ounce at 6:16 am (EDT), against $971.20/972.20 late in New York on Monday.

Gold has risen by more than 7 percent in the past week on financial uncertainty, a sliding dollar and record high oil.

UBS this week forecast gold prices would average $1,000 an ounce in July.

"The dominant change of the last couple of weeks has been increased fears of systemic financial risk," said metals analyst John Reade at UBS.

"There's a lot out there at the moment -- inflation and stagflation fears, the dollar's fall and geopolitical problems but the move higher has primarily been triggered by rising financial risk aversion."

The latest bout of uncertainty was triggered by fears for the future of US mortgage giants Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.

That hit banking sector stocks and reinforced systemic risks.

"The rumors are out there in the market that there may be more regional banks in trouble," said Darren Heathcote at Investec Australia.

"That's obviously a concern for the market and this has driven people into more hard asset-based investments like gold."

Gold has risen sharply in other currencies as well as the US dollar, reinforcing gold's appeal as a hedge. Against the euro it hit a 4-month high of 615.80 euros an ounce.

$1,000 AN OUNCE IN SIGHT

Gold hit an all-time high of $1,030.80 back in March in the wake of the near collapse of Bear Stearns.

The precious metal is also supported by oil above $146 a barrel as it is seen as a hedge against fuel-led inflation.

Rising geopolitical tensions between Israel and Iran have helped push crude prices higher, which also supported gold.

"Heightened tensions towards Iran and fears of a meltdown in US financial markets triggered further flight-to-safety demand yesterday," TheBullionDesk.com said in a note.

Worries about the US banking system also hit the dollar which hit an all-time low against the euro of $1.6038, further boosting gold's credentials as a safe place for investors to park their funds.

Dealers await a speech from US Federal Reserve chairman Ben Bernanke's testimony later on Tuesday for clues to the future direction of interest rates in the United States.

The market will also be watching US producer prices and retail sales data for June.

Silver rose to $19.27/19.34 an ounce from $19.12/19.18 late in New York on Monday.

Platinum eased to $2,005.00/2,025.00 an ounce from $2,012.00/2,032.00 while palladium was unchanged at $448.50/456.50 an ounce.

Gold News

There's nothing like the prospect of war to kick-start the gold price again
Sabre rattling in the Middle East from Iran and Israel is again having a positive impact on the gold price, while other fundamentals are supportive too.

Author: Lawrence Williams
Posted: Saturday , 12 Jul 2008

LONDON -

Middle East war rumours are flying and the gold price is up sharply as a result, although there are a number of other strong fundamentals boosting the yellow metal's price too. Over the past couple of days, we not only have reports of more Iranian missile tests, but also of test runs by Israeli warplanes simulating attacks on Iranian nuclear facilities. How much of this is sabre rattling, and how much is for real will no doubt unfold over the next few days. But whatever happens the threat of further conflict in the Middle East is positive for gold - and extremely worrying for the rest of the world as well as for the potential protagonists.

Not only is Iran threatening Israel and America's Middle East bases with its missiles, but also to cut off the Straits of Hormuz through which a high proportion of the world's oil flows - notably from Ian itself and Iraq. This in turn has had another knock-on effect on the oil price, which had been showing signs of coming back sharply from its peaks - now proven to be a short-lived fall as new all time highs have been reached on the supply threat.

Coupled with the global economic woes and a furthering weakening of the US dollar against key currencies, gold could be set for a good boost if Middle East tensions continue, despite the mitigating impact of the northern hemisphere summer holiday season - traditionally a weak time for the metal.

The recent report from the World Gold council that members of the Central Bank Gold Agreement had sold 297 tonnes of gold so far in this agreement year (which ends in September), suggests that the full 500 tonne quota will not be released to the markets this year is positive for the market, as has been the news of a sharp fall in South Africa's first half gold production. Depending on whose figures you take, it appears that China has already overtaken South Africa as the world's leading gold producer and further changes in the gold production rankings may also be forthcoming with declines in some major producing countries possibly matched by new production elsewhere. But what does seem apparent is that the big gold price increases seen over the past few years have been insufficient to stimulate any significant global gold production increase. Indeed output may well remain flat, or even show a small decline, over the next few years.

There is also evidence that jewellery demand in India, still the world's biggest fabrication market, is beginning to pick up again after a substantial price-related fall-off, while other emerging markets like China and Vietnam are themselves beginning to have a sharp impact as their demand rises along with the increasing wealth of their populations.

We have also heard that investment demand from gold ETFs is continuing to increase soaking up any other surpluses in the gold market, and while gold may not react quite as other commodities do in terms of supply and demand parameters, the tight situation does help underpin the price.

Oil is the big unknown factor though. The strength in the oil price has tended to depress the US dollar and help drag the gold price up with it - hence part of the surge in both oil and gold on tensions in the world's major oil producing region. There are indications, though, that should tensions diminish, oil has been overblown and there could be a sharp fall ahead for us. One suspects though that gold could rapidly decouple from oil in such a scenario, although the initial impacts could certainly be negative for the metal price.

However, with even conservative analysts looking to gold back over $1,000 this year and global economic factors continuing to look bleak and inflation beginning to rear its head across the board, the precious metal's value as an inflation hedge should continue to buoy the price up. Meanwhile investment demand seems likely to continue strong, so one could feel downside risk is perhaps rather less than that of the general stock markets. With the potential of some upside at least while that for stocks in general looks flat or downwards, gold continues to look a good bet as protection against a general stock market collapse.
