Revocation Mineral Testing on NMMC 167937 TDA6

We have had to take this step because we belief that data had been falsified. It was being used to the advantage of the tester and was being reported to people that had nothing to do with the project while false information was being given to us.

We asked that the Tesoro Del Alma Treasure Blog be taken down because it was getting to the point that it had nothing to do with the problems of Tesoro Del Alma on its quest to recover what most people dream up. There were accusations being made that had nothing to do with the tesoro project but was starting to sound as a personal grudge and nothing about treasure hunting or finding.

March 13th 2007 Tesoro Post concerning an Injunction Against the BLM

Many people have asked about the status of our ongoing battle with the BLM office out of Las Cruces, New Mexico. Perhaps out of all the bits of evidence for a major treasure find, this one stands out the most. Many of you may be questioning the validity of this site, this story, and this treasure. If you need further proof, then ask yourself this question:

Why would the BLM expend time and resources attempting to block the recovery of something that wasn't there?

A statement from Nick Fleming:

"We are planning in the very near future to be going into Federal Court in Albuquerque, New Mexico to get an injunction against the BLM office in Las Cruces, New Mexico. The injunction will block any further problems with the Las Cruces BLM office who believe that they are the only ones that can allow us to take the treasure trove out of the ground. The Las Cruces Office of the BLM has been fighting us tooth and nail to prevent us from recovering the treasure trove, under the auspice of jurisdiction and red tape.

The court action will be bring out facts that the Las Cruces Office of the BLM is in fact on a treasure hunting trip. Several years ago they ran tests on the Tesoro Del Alma site and told us that we had in fact found the treasure and that was when our problems with the Las Cruces BLM started. The Las Cruces BLM has tried everything within their power to prevent us from recovering the treasure and they have even allowed other people to try and over ride our claim which we have continued to pay the mining fees on and have them paid upto date every year as is evidenced by 10 years of claim filings exhibited on the web site pages."

Sanders Arrested

For those that have been following the continuing saga of the Threats that Richard Sanders was making against me through the emails. We just received a phone call that Richard Sanders was arrested but the FBI yesterday. We were told why he was arrested but we have not been given permission to give that information out.

Interesting email

My thanks to all those who have sent me emails this past year

I must send my thanks to whoever sent me the one about cockroach eggs in
the glue on envelopes because I now have to use a wet towel with every
envelope that needs sealing.

Also, I now have to scrub the top of every can I open for the same reason.

I no longer have any savings because I gave it to a sick girl (Penny
Brown); who is about to die in the hospital for the 1,387,258th time.

I no longer have any money at all, but that will change once I receive
the $15,000 that Bill Gates/Microsoft and AOL are sending me for
participating in their special e-mail program .....

Or from the senior bank clerk in Nigeria who wants me to split $7
million with me for pretending to be a long lost relative of a customer
who died intestate.

I no longer use cancer-causing deodorants even though I smell like a
water buffalo on a hot day.

Thanks to you, I have learned that my prayers only get answered if I
forward e-mail to seven of my friends and make a wish within five
minutes.

Because of your concern I no longer drink Coca-Cola because it can
remove toilet stains.

I no longer can buy petrol without taking a man along to watch the car
so a serial killer won't crawl in my back seat when I'm filling up.

I no longer go to shopping malls because someone will drug me with a
perfume sample and rob me.

I no longer answer the phone because someone will ask me to dial a
number for which I will get a phone bill with calls to Jamaica, Uganda,
Singapore and Uzbekistan.

Thanks to you, I can't use anyone's toilet but mine because a big brown
African spider is lurking under the seat to cause me instant death when
it bites my bum.

And thanks to your great advice, I can't even pick up the $5.00 I found
dropped in the car park because it probably was placed there by a sex
molester waiting underneath my car to grab my leg.

If you don't send this e-mail to at least 144,000 people in the next 70
minutes, a large dove with diarrhea will land on your head at 5:00pm
this afternoon and the fleas from 12 camels will infest your back,
causing you to grow a hairy hump.

I know this will occur because it actually happened to a friend of my
next door neighbour's ex-mother-in-law's second husband's cousin's
beautician.

By the way....a South American scientist after a lengthy study has
discovered that people with low IQ who have infrequent sexual activity
always read their e-mails with their hand on the mouse.

Don't bother taking it off now, it's too late.

Update

Over the last few weeks we have been seeing some interesting Ip address's come up. We have stated in the past that our software captures Ip address's so that we can tell who has been visiting our site. As most people know we get visits from various law enforcement agencies because some of the information that has been provided here has had to deal with various people committing frauds in the Caballo Mountains in New Mexico. We used to publish the names of the agencies here and it was interesting in some of the responses that we were getting.

We have to stated the following every once in while just to remind people that we do not solict funds nor do we sell anything that is illegal. This site is for information purposes only as to some of the problems that we have gone through over the years.

The labeling of TDA 6

When we went over to the TDA 6 site it was to reset to mining claim stakes and to put the claim number on the steel door that is on the pipe. This is when we met Jim Kough and informed him that he was claim jumping on my claim and he was not a happy camper. I guess that Sonny Riggs had informed him that I was dying and may alread be dead. Needless to say he found out that I am very much alive and healthy. We asked him to take his lock off the door or I was going to cut it off which we did cut the lock off and put our own lock back on.

The Mule Ears or Rabbit Ears in Long Bottom Canyon Caballo Mountains New Mexico

These were taken of the Mule Ears or Rabbit Ears in Long Bottom Canyon located in the Caballo Mountains, New Mexico. The main interest here is the hole that was dug by William H. White under the noses of the BLM. He has not even made an attempt to fill the hole back in and the BLM has done nothing to stop him from digging where he wants to dig.

Clifford R Tracy Trial began on 11/02/2009

Minutes of Proceedings:Court Trial before Judge Owen M. Panner begun on 11/2/2009 as to Defendant Clifford R. Tracy. Government's exhibits 1 through 31 were received without objections. Exhibit 32 was withdrawn. Exhibits 33, 34, and 35 were received without objections. Government and Defendant each called witnesses who were sworn under oath and testified. The court found defendant guilty of Counts 1, 2, and 3 of the indictment and sentenced defendant to a one-year term of probation, with no fine. Counsel Present for Plaintiff: Neil Evans.Counsel Present for Defendant: Brian Butler.(Court Reporter Terry Thompson) (Hunt, Margaret) (Entered: 11/04/2009)

This is the same as digging without a permit. However he does have a very good case that could be won on appeal.

Richard B Sanders

This person is a friend of Gordon Walters and he is constantly threatening me over the Internet. Gordon Walters and Richard B Sanders are always trying to form some sort of link between Donald Tangwall and myself. As I have stated several times I would not know Tangwall if he was across the street nor do I care to know him. But it is an established fact that Gordon Walters did rip some friends of mine off for over a million dollars as well as ripping me off for one hundred thousand dollars.

The Beenah Group Inc

Above are the claims of the Beenah Group Inc. As anyone can see the claims were not paid beyond 2005. So if an order was issued on the claims of the Beenah Group Inc the order is now worthless because the BLM voided all the claims that were owned by the Beenah Group Inc on 12/12/ 2005.

Newspaper Article

This is a newspaper article that was published about the ore that was involved in a criminal action that was committed by Richard Darnell and the Sanders Brothers. They have done their time. Laura Kent

We posted this morning information concerning Laura Kent and her belief that because she may or may not have foreclosed on the The Beenah Group Inc. which had mining claims in the Caballo Mountains in New Mexico. Since the last time that the mining fees had been paid was in 2004 for 2005 that means that she does not have the mineral rights to the claims because she has not kept the mining fees up to date. If she did foreclose on The Beenah Group Inc she would have had to keep the mining fees up to date. So any order from a court of jurisdiction stating that she or her company would own the mineral rights on the claims that The Beenah Group Inc. owned is not valid when the mining fees have not been paid. A check of the BLM records shows that Laura Kent or her company has never paid the mining fees on the claims that were owned by The Beenah Group Inc. A check of those records at the BLM also shows that a transfer of interest was never filed as well. So The Beenah Group Inc by BLM records has never transferred the interest in their claims to Laura Kent or her company. Since the mining fees have not been paid and a transfer of the interest has not been done can only be proven that she has no legal interest in the Caballo Mountains of New Mexico. I wonder what her investors are going to do when they find out that she has misled them.

Laura Kent and the Burbank Canyon Mine and Mill Siite

It has come to our attention that Laure Kent is trying to get a mining permit to drill some 20 holes on claims that may not belong to her. She is trying to say that her company foreclosed on mining claims that belonged to the Beenah Group Inc.

The claims of the Beenah Group Inc which have been voided are listed below.

On December 19, 2005 a decision was reached by the BLM and the claims were declared void.

All of the claims that were owned by the Beenah Group Inc last mining fees were paid for 2005 in 2004.

What that would mean is that Laura Kent did file forclosure on the Beenah Group Inc. but she or her company did not pay the mining fees. So even though she may or may not hold papers that give her the claims of the The Beenah Group Inc., she has failed to keep the mining claims active. Therefore she has lost her right to mine the claims. These claims were mining claims on BLM land and only pretained to the mineral rights under those claims. The Burbank Mine and Mill site are on BLM property which are subject to the paying of mining fees to keep them active.

update on Donald Tangwall

We have been advised that Doonald Tangwall has left the Caballo Mountains for Montana, but I have not heard from anyone there in Montana that knows him that he has returned there. We were told that Tangwall was told to empty the 9 supersacks of ore onto the ground and to remove his trucks from the property that belongs to a family member of Sonny Riggs.

I had someone go to the property in question to see if the supersacks had in fact been emptied onto the ground and spread around. It looks like the supersack were not emptied onto the ground at all. That would lead one to believe that Donald Tangwall is up to his old tricks and just took the ore to put it with the rest of the ore that he stole as well there in Utah.

Correction on Donald Tangwall

Iit appears that Donald Tangwall was told to empty the bags of ore on the ground and spread it around. But he did not have the permission of the owner of the ore to do so.

Donald Tangwall

It appears that Donald Tangwall is back in the Caballo Mountains in New Mexico. He is still working for Laura Kent. He was suppose to be doing some cleanup on the mill site to get rid of the grubstake ore which is worthless. But what he has done is take ore that does not belong to him from the loading site where he had two of his trucks parked. The trucks are gone and so is the ore. The loading area that was being used by Gordon Walters belonged to Sonny Riggs cousin and Gordon never paid her any money for using the area as he agreed to do. When I was in New Mexico a few weeks back I took pictures of the ore that is now missing. What is it about Donald Tangwall that he has to take, steal stuff that does not belong to him. The owner of the ore has been notified that the ore is missing and Donald Tangwall was the person that took it without the owners permission.

Redemption/Strawman/Bond Fraud

Proponents of this scheme will claim that the U.S. Government or the Treasury Department controls bank accounts—often referred to as “U.S. Treasury Direct Accounts”—for all U.S. citizens that can be accessed by submitting paperwork with state and federal authorities. Individuals promoting this scam frequently cite various discredited legal theories and may refer to the scheme as “Redemption,” “Strawman,” or “Acceptance for Value.” Trainers and websites will often charge large fees for “kits” that teach individuals how to perpetrate this scheme. They will often imply that others have had great success in discharging debt and purchasing merchandise such as cars and homes. Failures to implement the scheme successfully are attributed to individuals not following instructions in a specific order or not filing paperwork at correct times.

This scheme predominately uses fraudulent financial documents that appear to be legitimate. These documents are frequently referred to as “Bills of Exchange,” “Promissory Bonds,” “Indemnity Bonds,” “Offset Bonds,” “Sight Drafts,” or “Comptrollers Warrants.” In addition, other official documents are used outside of their intended purpose, like IRS forms 1099, 1099-OID, and 8300. This scheme frequently intermingles legal and pseudo legal terminology in order to appear lawful. Notaries may be used in an attempt to make the fraud appear legitimate. Often, victims of the scheme are instructed to address their paperwork to the U.S. Secretary of the Treasury.

Some Tips to Avoid Redemption/Strawman/Bond Fraud

Be wary of individuals or groups selling kits that they claim will inform you on to access secret bank accounts.
Be wary of individuals or groups proclaiming that paying federal and/or state income tax is not necessary.
Do not believe that the U.S. Treasury controls bank accounts for all citizens.
Be skeptical of individuals advocating that speeding tickets, summons, bills, tax notifications, or similar documents can be resolved by writing “acceptance for value” on them.
If you know of anyone advocating the use of property liens to coerce acceptance of this scheme, contact your local FBI office.

Gordon's Claims to be an Ambassador

When I was in New Mexico I was told that Gordon Walters had posted signs on his property claiming to be an Ambassador. The above picture is the sign that is posted on the property. This is his way of trying to claim that liens and other judgments against him are not vaild. Here is someone that does not care for the United States but he and his wife are getting disibality payments from the government as well as getting food baskets brought to his front door everyday. He does not care for the United States but he will receive money from it how does that figure. What he appears to have not figured out is that the country that is saying that he is an ambassador to is not recoginzed by the United States because of the frauds (Bank, money, etc.) that various people claiming to be ambassador's from this country have committed. Interesting.

Wayne's Mine in the Caballo's

This video was taken on July 29, 2009. It is of the mine and the ore that Gordon Walters loaded on Donald Tangwalls trucks. Some of the ore that belongs to Wayne Rutland is still there and has not been shipped off. The Mine shaft is the shaft that Sonny Riggs blew on Wayne Rutlands mining claim without Wayne's permission. Gordon Walters and Sonny Riggs were told by the BLM to fill the hole back in and as of the date of this video it has not been filled in.

Silver Reef Silver Mine Mill Site on 07/26/2009

We were on our mining claim in the San Bernardino Mountains on the 26th of July which is near the Silver Reef Silver Mine. A friend of mine had the mill site at the Silver Reef Mine and they mined a lot of silver there. Now as you can see the building that were once there are gone and the remaining building will not be around much longer either.

The P.I. Report on Donald Tangwall

We do not know who paid to have this report issued. It was sent to use to publish and let the people beware of people like Donald Tangwall.

Donald Tangwall was brought to the Caballo mountains by Gordon Walters who is still working with Donald Tangwall, Donald Tangwall makes a deal with Laura J Kent who claims to own 100% of the mineral rights under Grantham's Ranch. But she did not do her home work 50% of those rights were assigned to me in 1993 and has been on file at the courthouse in T or C since 1993. The Sanders Brothers never had 100% of the mineral rights. So it appears that Donald Tangwall, Gordon Walters and Laure Kent are working to together no matter what they say.

Laura Kents proposed NOI

The Mining & Minerals Division knew nothing about the previous investigation into the activities of Laura J Kent by the SEC. But there is enough concern that she could face criminal charges if the SEC chooses to file them. She has picked a very good partner in Donald Tangwall and proves that birds of a feather flock together. The State of New Mexico knows that what Laura J Kent and Donald Tangwall are doing is really looking for an entrance to the tunnel system so they can recover any treasure that they may or may not find.

Laura J Kent and The SEC

This is an interesting read in what a person will do to scam people out of money. Pay attention to the mining part of this document. It pretains to the Sanders Brothers and their attorney who were convicted of commiting a fraud. It also states that Laura Kent did not let her investors even know that anyone was convicted of a crime she just continued to collect money from her investors.
