We have had to take this step because we belief that data had been falsified. It was being used to the advantage of the tester and was being reported to people that had nothing to do with the project while false information was being given to us.

This has to deal with Treasure Blogs. We asked that the Tesoro Del Alma Treasure Blog be taken down because it was getting to the point that it had nothing to do with the problems of Tesoro Del Alma on its quest to recover what most people dream up. There were accusations being made that had nothing to do with the tesoro project but was starting to sound as a personal grudge and nothing about treasure hunting or finding.

Many people have asked about the status of our ongoing battle with the BLM office out of Las Cruces, New Mexico. Perhaps out of all the bits of evidence for a major treasure find, this one stands out the most. Many of you may be questioning the validity of this site, this story, and this treasure. If you need further proof, then ask yourself this question:

Why would the BLM expend time and resources attempting to block the recovery of something that wasn't there?

A statement from Nick Fleming:

"We are planning in the very near future to be going into Federal Court in Albuquerque, New Mexico to get an injunction against the BLM office in Las Cruces, New Mexico. The injunction will block any further problems with the Las Cruces BLM office who believe that they are the only ones that can allow us to take the treasure trove out of the ground. The Las Cruces Office of the BLM has been fighting us tooth and nail to prevent us from recovering the treasure trove, under the auspice of jurisdiction and red tape.

The court action will be bring out facts that the Las Cruces Office of the BLM is in fact on a treasure hunting trip. Several years ago they ran tests on the Tesoro Del Alma site and told us that we had in fact found the treasure and that was when our problems with the Las Cruces BLM started. The Las Cruces BLM has tried everything within their power to prevent us from recovering the treasure and they have even allowed other people to try and over ride our claim which we have continued to pay the mining fees on and have them paid upto date every year as is evidenced by 10 years of claim filings exhibited on the web site pages."

We just received a phone call that Richard Sanders was arrested but the FBI yesterday. We were told why he was arrested but we have not been given permission to give that information out.

Over the last few weeks we have been seeing some interesting Ip address's come up. We have stated in the past that our software captures Ip address's so that we can tell who has been visiting our site. As most people know we get visits from various law enforcement agencies because some of the information that has been provided here has had to deal with various people committing frauds in the Caballo Mountains in New Mexico. We used to publish the names of the agencies here and it was interesting in some of the responses that we were getting.

We have to stated the following every once in while just to remind people that we do not solict funds nor do we sell anything that is illegal. This site is for information purposes only as to some of the problems that we have gone through over the years.

When we went over to the TDA 6 site it was to reset to mining claim stakes and to put the claim number on the steel door that is on the pipe. This is when we met Jim Kough and informed him that he was claim jumping on my claim and he was not a happy camper. I guess that Sonny Riggs had informed him that I was dying and may alread be dead. Needless to say he found out that I am very much alive and healthy. We asked him to take his lock off the door or I was going to cut it off which we did cut the lock off and put our own lock back on.

This is a continuation of Chapter 1 of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). This first chapter of the (NEPA) is the ground work that the BLM has to go by. If you download the book from the BLM site you will really find out just how messed up the system really is. If you do what is outlined in this book it can take upto one year to get a permit.

These were taken of the Mule Ears or Rabbit Ears in Long Bottom Canyon located in the Caballo Mountains, New Mexico. The main interest here is the hole that was dug by William H. White under the noses of the BLM. He has not even made an attempt to fill the hole back in and the BLM has done nothing to stop him from digging where he wants to dig.

This person is a friend of Gordon Walters and he is constantly threatening me over the Internet. Gordon Walters and Richard B Sanders are always trying to form some sort of link between Donald Tangwall and myself. As I have stated several times I would not know Tangwall if he was across the street nor do I care to know him. But it is an established fact that Gordon Walters did rip some friends of mine off for over a million dollars as well as ripping me off for one hundred thousand dollars.

We posted this morning information concerning Laura Kent and her belief that because she may or may not have foreclosed on the The Beenah Group Inc. which had mining claims in the Caballo Mountains in New Mexico. Since the last time that the mining fees had been paid was in 2004 for 2005 that means that she does not have the mineral rights to the claims because she has not kept the mining fees up to date. If she did foreclose on The Beenah Group Inc she would have had to keep the mining fees up to date. So any order from a court of jurisdiction stating that she or her company would own the mineral rights on the claims that The Beenah Group Inc. owned is not valid when the mining fees have not been paid. A check of the BLM records shows that Laura Kent or her company has never paid the mining fees on the claims that were owned by The Beenah Group Inc. A check of those records at the BLM also shows that a transfer of interest was never filed as well. So The Beenah Group Inc by BLM records has never transferred the interest in their claims to Laura Kent or her company. Since the mining fees have not been paid and a transfer of the interest has not been done can only be proven that she has no legal interest in the Caballo Mountains of New Mexico. I wonder what her investors are going to do when they find out that she has misled them.

We do not know who paid to have this report issued. It was sent to use to publish and let the people beware of people like Donald Tangwall.

Donald Tangwall was brought to the Caballo mountains by Gordon Walters who is still working with Donald Tangwall, Donald Tangwall makes a deal with Laura J Kent who claims to own 100% of the mineral rights under Grantham's Ranch. But she did not do her home work 50% of those rights were assigned to me in 1993 and has been on file at the courthouse in T or C since 1993. The Sanders Brothers never had 100% of the mineral rights. So it appears that Donald Tangwall, Gordon Walters and Laure Kent are working to together no matter what they say.

The Mining & Minerals Division knew nothing about the previous investigation into the activities of Laura J Kent by the SEC. But there is enough concern that she could face criminal charges if the SEC chooses to file them. She has picked a very good partner in Donald Tangwall and proves that birds of a feather flock together. The State of New Mexico knows that what Laura J Kent and Donald Tangwall are doing is really looking for an entrance to the tunnel system so they can recover any treasure that they may or may not find.

This is an interesting read in what a person will do to scam people out of money. Pay attention to the mining part of this document. It pretains to the Sanders Brothers and their attorney who were convicted of commiting a fraud. It also states that Laura Kent did not let her investors even know that anyone was convicted of a crime she just continued to collect money from her investors.

This email was sent to me this morning I think you will find it interesting.

You stole the photographs and published the photos of the stolen truck load without permission of the photographer. We are discussing a law suit against you for publishing without permisssion. Those photos were not yours to publish.

We now have a comprehensive report about Don Tangwall from a PI in Tennessee. Copies of this report have been turned over to the FBI and folks in Montana.

It will cost you @250 for this report

This is what I know whoever sent the pictures to some friends and then the friends sent the pictures to Gordon Walters trying to get Gordon Walters to file criminal charges against Donald Tangwall. To which Gordon Walters did not file charges against Donald Tangwall. So the pictures were sent to me with the full knowledge that they would be published on the Internet. There was no name given as to who took the pictures. If there would have been a name given as to who took the photos we would have contacted the person who took them. But again I have been assured that the pictures were sent to me to be published. Now if Gordon Walters or Richard Sanders aka Robert Snyder aka Ryan North by the above email are implying that they took the pictures we already know that is not correct. The pictures were taken by someone that is not a fan of Gordon Walters or Donald Tangwall.

We have been informed that Donald Tangwall is on his way back to New Mexico. We have been told that he is meeting with Laura Kent in California and then he and his wife and mother-in-law are going back to New Mexico. He believes that he is going to get a mining permit to mine of Bob Grantham's ranch. This is the guy that has stolen two truck loads of ore from a claim that Gordon Walters did not have a mining permit to move let alone mine. Tangwall was brought to New Mexico by Gordon Walters to haul ore to Virgina City, Montana. We have posted pictures of the trucks with the ore on the trucks that were behind his wives flower shop in Roundup, Montana and we hear that he is trying to sell the bags ore for $500,000 each.

Claim jumping is against the law and the courts have held in favor with the mining claim owner who was there first so long as their fees are paid up to date. The claim above is the oldest claim that all of these claims are claiming over and it is making a mess of things there and makes it impossible to mine until all the court actions would be settled becasue the BLM does not do their job and they feel that their job is just to collect fees.



This is the first claim that was overstaked and filed by Sonny Riggs.



This is the Second claim that was overstaked and originally filed by Adrian Castaneda for Gordon Walters as can be seen on the document Adrian Castaneda trasferred his interest to Gordon Walters.



This is the Third claim that has been overstaked and filed by Richard Moyer Sr. But when Sonny Riggs was asked about it he stated that he had filed it. Sonny Riggs stated that he had investigated the overstaking of a claim and he stated that if it did go to court that he would be the winner. If that happened it would be the first time that a court went against established law.

It was during the phone converstaion with Sonny Riggs that he stated that the BLM asked him to fill in the hole that he dug for Gordon Walters on someone elses claim and that if he filled in the hole the BLM would give him special consideration.

The BLM also talked with several people when they were there and they informed everyone that Gordon Walters plan of operation was denied. Since this is a matter of public record a copy of the denial has to be recorded.

Gordon Walters now has two mining claims in the Caballo Mountains. One of the claims is an overstaked claim. Sonny Riggs through two different names has overstaked the same piece of ground not once but twice. Gordon Walters also put in for mining permit or a plan of operation and that plan has been denied. In fact the BLM was in the Caballos on Wednesday of this last week. He was informed that his plan of operation has been denied. He again was told to fill in the hole that was dug by Sonny Riggs on someone elses mining claim. By Sonny's words the BLM asked him to fill the hole back in if Gordon Walters does not. Sonny also inferred that if he did this for the BLM that he would get special consideration. Tangwall is still in Montana.

This was a nanotem test that was taken in 1996. The color that you want to pay attention to is the red or maroon color. The white that is in these test just means more of the same.

We have had a scheduling conflict wiith Zonge Engineering. They are going to rerun tests for us a little later this month. We are hopinng that some of the conflict that is going on between Donald Tangwall and Gordon Walters will be ending soon. We have gotten Gordons Walters Response to Donald Tangwalls complaint against Gordon Walters. It is a funny read.

I have been receiving emails from various people that feel that Gordon Walters is being picked on. They are offering support for Gordon Walters. From the looks of they are in full support of Gordon Walters ripping off investors for a little over $2million dollars. They have tried to change the scope of what has been laid out against Gordon Walters to Donald Tangwall then trying to state that I am preventing Gordon Walters from making a living. If you make a living ripping people off then there is something wrong with Gordon Walters and the people that continue to support him. They are never going to get their money back.

There have been dozens of complaints against Gordon Walters and Donald Tangwall filed at the Attorney Generals offices in Montana, New Mexico, and California. Gordon Walters makes promises and signs contract that really are not worth the paper they are written on, and then does not live up to what he saids that he is going to do. Gordon's Walters people are very quick to accuse me everything imaginable but they really don't want to believe that Gordon Walters is such a crook. Gordon Walters has left a trail of damage to people that trusted him and he has failed them. When he gets a new group of investors, he does not admit to having investors that he has not even paid or has any intention of paying. Gordon Walters coould have done the right thing but he has chose not to.

When people check with the BLM they clearly state that Gordon Walters doesnot have a mining claim or a mining permit. He even takes someone else's mining plan takes that persons name off the plan and puts his own name on it, which is causing a lot of problems.

Tesoro Del Alma has been on the Internet for 12 years. During that time we have had a lot of treasure hunters from all over the world. We have had over 50 million hits which is quite an accomplishment. We have been written up all over the world. We even have people who resent us and have tried to do everything within their power to try and stop us. That even includes making up things that are not true.

When we decide to bring to light what Gordon Walters was doing to defraud various investors we went to the State of Montana and got a lot of documents that pertained to the fraud that Gordon Walters had committed in Montana. We also found documents that pertained to false documents that Gordon Walters was trying to sell in the State of California and the State of California put a stop to it. But the investors in California also contacted the Attorney Generals Office in Montana as well as the FBI in Billings, MT.

In Gordon's contracts that he has with me and some other investors he stated that he had the permits, mining permits, and mining claims. None of this was true. Myself and the other investors never knew about the $1.3 million dollar judgment that Gordon Walters was to pay. Some of the investors filed suit on Gordon Walter there in Montana and the end result was that he lost his house and property there in Montana.

Since Gordon Walters has been back in New Mexico he got $100,000 from me and $1million dollars from another investor, as well as some other funds from other investors. He has received two demands for payment and two cease and desists which he has refused to honor. He is being sued by Donald Tangwall which is a joke. Gordon has refused to file criminal charges on Donald Tangwall for the theft of two trucks of ore, each truck had 13 bags for a total of 26 bags. We know that Gordon Walters has been told not to remove anymore ore from the Caballo's until he has gotten a mining permit. The State of New Mexico believes that Gordon Walters has been removing ore from the Caballo's illegally which would involve between 400 to 1000 tons of ore. Some of the ore is not worth anything and the refineries are refusing to process the ore because it has not value.

Then because of the documents that have been posted on this website concerning Gordon Walters that came from the State of Montana. Gordon Wallters decided to get one of his friends by the name of Richard Sanders using the name of Robert Snyder send to me threatening emails that have been turned over to the FBI in Billings, MT., then he started using the name ryannorth22 and proceed to do the same thing, now he iis on twitter.com trying to use it as a blog site. I have blocked him from receiving any updates but he is still trying to do Gordons work. We have notified twitter of his activities and my attorneys have contacted twitter as well.

It just goes to show what greed will do. Gordon Walters and Donald Tangwall are both greedy people and they both have friends who will do and say anything without the least bit of proof to back them up.

We know which court we are going to file in on Gordon Walters, Donald Tangwall, Richard Sanders aka Robert Snyder aka Ryan North22. We were trying to make up our mind whether to file in Montana concern the threating emails that I have been getting from Richard Sanders aka Robert Snyder aka Ryan North22 and Gordon Walters or in New Mexico. But we do know which State the Federal Action is going to be filed in.

In fact the Civil "RICO" action has been filed naming Grodon Walters and his bogus corporations, Roy Moen and his company, Richard Sanders aka Robert Snyder aka Ryan North22, and Donald Tangwall. We were just trying to see if any more people were going to be named as defendants.

We are in the process of trying to figure out which state to file the lawsuit against Gordon Walters concerning the contract that he has with me for the $100,000 and 5% which he has failed to follow through on. I have three different states that I can file it in, California, Montana, or New Mexico. We are in the process of talking with the Attorney Generals in each of those States.

We have to wait for some more documents before we could file the "RICO" suit. While the suit that we have at the moment is very good we need a couple more documents to finish it.

I have just received a letter from Gordon Walters that I am to cease and desist from posting the documents that have come from various agencies on my website. He must not know that the First Amendment clearly states that I have the right to post anything so long as it can be backed up by fact.

He states that I have made over 100 false allegations and misrepresentations that were untrue. The newspaper article from his hometown paper that clearly stated that he and his wife owed $1.3 million dollars. The actual documents state that Gordon Walters and several other people were selling bogus documents to unsuspecting investors. The attorney General for the State of Montana has posted those orders on the Internet. Some of the investors sued Gordon and Gordon lost his property because he lost the suit. Gordon got $100,000 from me which he never paid back. Gordon has received at least two demands for payment and one of them by FedEx. He has received two different Cease and Desists that were done the right way.

The FBI is investigating him for fraud and the FBI agent in charge is Sandra Klein in Billings, MT.

He does not say what the false allegations or misrepresentations are. He threatens me with Tacit Law Court. It is a common law court. So I made a phone call and talked with one of the judges of the Tacit Law Court and they specifically stated that he would not have standing because he has harmed so many people by his defrauding of the investors.

Phone records have been checked and Richard Sanders aka Robert Snyder made phone calls to Gordon every time a threat was made on me by Richard Sanders aka Robert Snyder. There were times that Richard Sanders aka Robert Snyder made the threats without telling Gordon.

It is a fact that Gordon also knows Donald Tangwall and I talked with Donald Tangwall when Gordon Walters and Donald Tangwall were in Roundup, MT before I loaned Gordon the $100,000. Donald Tangwall wanted to make sure that I was sending the money to Gordon.

The BLM verified that Gordon Walters has never and does not have a mining claim or a mining permit.

I gladly welcome Gordon Walters to prove what the 100 allegations and misrepresentations are.

He really is nothing more than a common thief who hides behind the common law to which he perverts and twists to fit the way that he thinks it is. There is one thing that Gordon fails to realize is the Statutory law replaces common law not the other way around.

In the signed documents that I have which bear his signature were all false in the statements that he makes in them.

He also believes that a notary seal and signature carries the weight as a judge but what he failed to realize is the a notary public can only witness his signature and nothing more.

So I say if he wants to meet me in a Court of Law I welcome it and I would love to present the documents that I have concerning Gordon Walter, Donald Tangwall, and Richard Sanders aka Robert Snyders to an actual judge in a court of law.

OLD people have problems that you haven't even considered yet!


An 85-year-old man was required to have a sperm count as part of his physical exam..

The doctor gave the man a jar and said,'Take this jar home and bring back a semen sample tomorrow.'

The next day the 85-year-o ld man reappeared at the doctor's office and gave him the jar, which was as clean and empty as on the previous day. The doctor asked what happened and the man explained, 'Well, doc, it's like this:First I tried with my right hand, but nothing. Then I tried with my left hand,but still nothing. Then I asked my wife for help. She tried with her right hand, then with her left,still nothing. She tried with her mouth, first with the teeth in, then with her teeth out, still nothing. We have now learned that Gordon Walters submitted a mining plan that was drawn up by someone else for their own claim and Gordon is presenting it as his own. There also seems to be a lot of trouble on the Grantham ranch. Donald Tangwall is running around tell people that he owns the ranch no on seems to have informed Alma that she no longer owns the ranch. Tangwall has been dealing with Laura Kent because she blieves that she owns the minerial rights uder the Grantham Ranch. There is a problem in that and it is this in 1993 I was given 50% minerial and mining rights concerning the Grantham ranch. I filed the documents at the county courthous in T or C, NM in 1993. I do believe that this going to get interesting. Because it appears that they did not do their homework.

We have been informed that Sonny Riggs and Gordon Walters were taken to the hole that Sonny Riggs had blasted on someone elses claim by the BLM. The BLM told them to put the hold back the way it was before the blast. We are getting further information from the agency.

What is that these people have in common. Gordon Walters and Donald Tangwall were working together and when that came to light that they were committing a fraud upon some investors Gordon got a hold of Richard Sanders aka Robert Snyder to threaten me through emails. Now they have Ryan North ryannorth22@yahoo.com taking up that mantle. We are in the process of running a check to see if Ryan North and Richard Sanders aka Robert Snyder are really one in the same person.

In a very big way they are acting like they are the town bully. All of the threats have been sent to the FBI and I have been told that they are on bordering domestic terrorism. But from what I have seen so far they really are looking for attention or are trying to throw the attention somewhere else so as to get the spotlight off of their activities. So making threats is their way of making them feel like they are a very important person in their own eyes. They in a round about way, because of the threats that they have made on my life know that if anything happens to me that they will be the first persons that the authorities will be looking at.

But the one other thing that they have in common is that they try and take the law and twist it to fit their actions. Becasue of the bulling, intimidation, threats, etc. they just making the hole deeper than if they would have not said anything at all. They are trying to make a very big deal about where I attempted to lien a Federal Court Judges property almost 10 years ago now. But what they fail to realize is it was a last resort of trying to recuse a judge that was acting a bias manner and under the rules every effort was made to recuse the judge but he refused to recuse himself. To make a long story short I lost. The judge of I later became good friends. I have made the statment here before that I fought the judge and the judge one.

We all make mistakes in our lives and we are suppose to learn from those mistakes. But when Gordon has ripped off people for what is now several million dollars and Donald Tangwall steals two trucks of ore and is trying to sell those bags for $500,000 each while he can not prove ownership or origin. Then he sues Gordon to make it look like Gordon did not know what Tangwall was doing. Gordon refuses to file charges against Tangwall. Interesting thoughts.

Here is some food for thought. Donald Tangwall who steals two trucks of ore out of twelve truck loads. Gordon Walters refuses to file criminal charges against Tangwall for the Theft of those two trucks. The Investors pay Gordon $60,000 to pay Tangwall for hauling the ore to Virginia City, Montana. Tangwall sues Gordon for $75,000. $60,000 for the use of his dump truck and frontend loader and $16,000 for the two truck loads of or that he stole. Tangwall through some other people is trying to sell the bags of ore that was on the two trucks for $500,000 per bag. Now Tangwall is trying to cause some real trouble because Gordon showed Tangwall some documents while they were in Roundup, Montana that Tangwall figured out that there is $1.7 trillion dollars in buried treasure in the Caballos in New Mexico. So now he is trying to get to the treasure and he trying to do it by not following the law and trying to scare everyone that he can. He needs to learn something about mining law and the rights of the active mining claim holders.

Copies of all the threats have been sent to the FBI in Billings, MT. Sandra Klein has acknowledged receiving them from me. Sandra Klein is also the FBI agent in charge of investigating Gordon Walters as well as Donald Tangewall.
