Last update for May, 2008

We hope that everyone had a safe and fun weekend. We want to thank everyone that have visited our website and have found it informative. We have been through a lot at the expense of a lot of ignorant government employees that work for the BLM in Las Cruces, New Mexico. They make up their own laws to cover their own ass in the hopes that they can scare people into giving up. The BLM policy is not law and has no binding effect on anyone. In the case of the BLM office in Las Cruces, New Mexico a lot of the employees there are treasure hunters themselves and would love it if we just went away or died. They manufacture a lot of misinformation in the hopes that you will just believe them because they are the government. The Mel Fisher case is the case law that is now used covering treasure. The United States Supreme Court has basically stated that the treasure belongs to the finder. Which is in line with the common law. Since there is no statutory law covering treasure the BLM has no authority to sieze any treasure so long as you have your bases covered. Once you have all the paperwork done there is nothing that the BLM can do except standby and watch. People have to get out of the idea that that the government is their friend, they are not and they will do everything that they can to prevent you from recovering your treasure which they admit they have no jurisdiction over. There is one thing that you have to remember the government does not fight you if it is not there.

The BLM and Tesoro Del Alma

It has come to our attention that thee have been several people that have contacted the BLM Office in Las Cruces NM. The BLM office there is again trying to state that I have no claim in New Mexico I have kept the mining claim paid up for the last 15 years and I am going to keep the claim paid before it is due each year. The newest mining claim is below I hope that this puts the lies that are being put out by the BLM office to rest. There is a link to the previous site that if a person goes there they will find the previous paid mining claims. After a person has click on the previous site there is a link on the left side of the page that is named maintance fees and if you click on that link it will show the maintance for from 1998. Our lawyers told us to only post from 1998 to 2006 which paid us through 2007 and the 2007 shown below is for 2008. As most people know you always pay a year in advance for the Mining claims. It must also be noted that if there is nothing there then there would be no fight with the BLM and other government agencies nor would the site be getting visited by every governmental agency there is.

March 1, 2008

Greetings to everyone. For the last few days someone from Sandia.gov which is Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque, NM has taken a lot of time to downloan all of the information concerning the treasure project in the Caballo's. There have been visits to the website from several companies in Mexico as well as the Mexican Government. It seems that since gold has broken the 900 USD price per ounce the website activity has picked up 300%. The price of gold could very well reach 1,000 USD within the next month which should be very interesting. We are still hearing that there are people that are trying to claim jump claims in the Caballo's. Which goes to show everyone that the BLM offices in Las Cruces and Santa Fe are not doing there job.

Update 10/26/2007

We really have no new news to report at this time. We are continuing to move ahead even though it seems that we are going in circles. We are entering into that time of the year where nothing gets done. From week before Thanksgiving to January 15th everyones thoughts change more towards family events than trying to get the treasure out of the ground. Also the weather gets a lot colder in the Caballo's and no one wants to go there in the Winter. We have been getting a lot more hits from the BLM offices all over the country where there are BLM offices. We have not had any more hits from the U.S. Attorney's Office in Washington D.C. or anywhere else. The one thing that we have going for us is the fact that we can back up everything that we say with proof of what we are saying and doing as well. As we have been finding out over the last few months the BLM office there in Las Cruces, New Mexico is nothing more than a pack of thieves and liars.

October Newsletter #1

Well here we are in October. We thought that we would already be court to get the injunction against the BLM office in Las Cruces. We are closer to getting there but we are looking at other avenues at this time as well. We are looking at the law which there is no law covering treasure or treasure recovery. There is only an inter-office memo between the GSA and the BLM. Then there is the BLM office in Las Cruces who operates under their own version of what they think the memo means.

For the first time we finally got a visit from the U.S. Department of Justice out of Washington D.C. and the U.S. Department of Labor/Employment Standards Administration. There have been over 48 million visits on this site. From the looks of it the BLM is trying to get the U.S. Department of Justice involved in their continued efforts to keep us from recovering the treasure in the legal means that we have chosen to do. All of their other efforts have been failing to prevent us from doing what we have every legal right to do. The BLM Office there in Las Cruces has taken great pains to lie, mislead, falsify records, etc.. This has been going on after they ran tests of their own and verified our test results.

We hope to have good news later this month.

September Update

I hope that everyone had a good holiday. This is the 4th of September, 2007 and the new attorney's are going over all of the files concerning this treasure project and are deciding which is the proper way to attack the BLM in Las Cruces, New Mexico. We are weighing every legal option that is open to us and there are a great many different ways to get what we want which is to get the treasure out of the ground. But in the end there is only one way and that is to do it legally so that there can be no doubts about it.

The people that work at the BLM Office in Las Cruces, New Mexico are not the most honest people to deal with. They have a past track record of saying anything that they think will get them their way. But all they have been proven to be is just a bunch of liars. They really do not want to do their job.

Update

I hope that everyone is doing well. The latest news is that we are in the process of gathering all of our documents including all of the test results and video and audio tapes that have been done over the years to present them to the new attorneys who are going to be handling the injunction against the BLM Office in Las Cruces. The new attorneys have found the permit that we had issued by the Department of Interior. This is the same permit that the BLM Office in Las Cruces told us to stick it where the sun don't shine.
