The January 24th, 2010 Tesoro Broadcast

This is the end of Chapter 1 of the NEPA. Again we can not stress enough that everyone that is in the mining and treasure hunting business on BLM land should get a copy of the NEPA.

The labeling of TDA 6

When we went over to the TDA 6 site it was to reset to mining claim stakes and to put the claim number on the steel door that is on the pipe. This is when we met Jim Kough and informed him that he was claim jumping on my claim and he was not a happy camper. I guess that Sonny Riggs had informed him that I was dying and may alread be dead. Needless to say he found out that I am very much alive and healthy. We asked him to take his lock off the door or I was going to cut it off which we did cut the lock off and put our own lock back on.

The January 17th, 2010 Tesoro Broadcast

This is a continuation of Chapter 1 of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). This first chapter of the (NEPA) is the ground work that the BLM has to go by. If you download the book from the BLM site you will really find out just how messed up the system really is. If you do what is outlined in this book it can take upto one year to get a permit.
