Robert Snyder is really Richard Sanders

We have just learned that Robert Snyder is really Richard Sanders of Roundup Montana. We followed the advise that we got from the FBI and contacted the officials here in California and were told that they could not do anything unless someone really showed up on my front door step. The local officials stated that this person really should not be making threats but there is no way to know if this person will ever show up here in California or New Mexico.

I do know a little bit about the law and how it should work. When a person makes a threat it is to be taken very seriously. Richard Sanders has a very bad record when it comes to violence. Homeland Security, ATF, FBI, Sheriff and the local police have a duty to protect. When 6 or 7 emails are sent to them complete with headers showing that threats have been made it becomes a serious matter. Gordon Walters has it in his head that I am the reason that his whole world is falling apart. Gordon Walters has Richard Sanders doing his dirty work for a percentage of a project that has gone down the tubes. Richard Sanders has been to Arrey, New Mexico and even hauled a few loads of ore to Virginia City, Montana. He even left Arrey, New Mexico leaving a $146.00 electric bill that one of my men had to pay. Gordon Walters is using Richard Sanders to spread all types of falsehoods and threats to get me to take down the information that has been provided on this site under the news.

The only thing that has happened is that it makes me just want to see to it that these people spend their time in a cross-bar hotel.

We have been watching the various ip address's that have been showing up on the web site and since January 1, 2008 the DOJ in Washington D.C. have visited the site over a dozen times. Just kinda makes me wonder what they are looking for. Our mining claim is up to date and our treasure trove claim was filed 15 years ago so it is a little to late for them to challange that. But I would think that they are trying to find a way to annex the claim. We do know that they are going to try and start building the runway for the Space Center. But as I have stated that if they try to annex my claim there will be a battle in Federal court.

October Newsletter #1

Well here we are in October. We thought that we would already be court to get the injunction against the BLM office in Las Cruces. We are closer to getting there but we are looking at other avenues at this time as well. We are looking at the law which there is no law covering treasure or treasure recovery. There is only an inter-office memo between the GSA and the BLM. Then there is the BLM office in Las Cruces who operates under their own version of what they think the memo means.

For the first time we finally got a visit from the U.S. Department of Justice out of Washington D.C. and the U.S. Department of Labor/Employment Standards Administration. There have been over 48 million visits on this site. From the looks of it the BLM is trying to get the U.S. Department of Justice involved in their continued efforts to keep us from recovering the treasure in the legal means that we have chosen to do. All of their other efforts have been failing to prevent us from doing what we have every legal right to do. The BLM Office there in Las Cruces has taken great pains to lie, mislead, falsify records, etc.. This has been going on after they ran tests of their own and verified our test results.

We hope to have good news later this month.
