The Grant deed below was recorded in Butte-Silverbow County, Montana on December 24,
2009 and it took the Mining Rights, Minerial Rights out of the Joseph Frank Corda Trust.

As of this date March 12, 2012 we have received word from our attorneys that they have concluded that
from the reading of the full Trust of Joseph Frank Corda and they have assured us that the Joseph Frank
Corda Trust never included the Montana property in his trust before he died. The above documents
makes the only reference to the Montana property. The above document and the abstract of the Title
search that was conducted clearly states that the minerial and mining rights were excluded from the
Trust of Joseph Frank Corda. So the lease and the assignment of the lease as recorded are valid.
Tesoro Del Alma, Inc/Nick V Fleming as the assignment of the lease clearly states has control of 50%
percent of those rights.
