Last Day of September

Well we have gone through another month of waiting to get something done. We have done everything that the Government has required us to do. I am reminded of this saying "The Best Laid Plans of Mice and Men often Go Astray". When you have the Government involved in anything the only winner is the Government. They keep changing the rules. It must be understood that there is no law coverning any land based treasure in the U.S. But they are trying to make it so that any treasure found automatically belongs to the Government. While that is not true the average person in the U.S. often believes what the Government tells them. The BLM in Las Cruces is a group of people that do not want to do their job there. It believes that it can do what ever it wants to do and will not be held responsible for its actions. It has been know to lie, and provide misleading information to the various law enforcement agencies. We have seen the BLM office in Las Cruces actually put out information the was completely falseand made up. We have the actual documents to prove the point.

We actually got more work done on the treasure project when the Clinton's were in office. When Bush got in that is when we saw more lies and the misinformation than at any other time.
