New developments

We are getting phone calls from individuals all the time who are watching the Tesoro Del Alma treasure site. We are also starting to get calls from the BLM office in New Mexico talking about treasure and how we have no claim to it. But the BLM seems to have forgotten what the courts have already said about the treasure trove and the ownership of that treasure. One Federal court in New Mexico stated in a stipulation that the BLM agreed to was that the treasure belonged to me. There was another Federal court in California also stated the very same thing.

We know that individuals from the NASA office in Las Cruces have been to the treasure site on numerous occasions. They have even ran tests to verify the validy of the treasure on the site that we hold the treasure trove and mining claims to. While the BLM does not honor treasure trove claims they did record the treasure trove claim along with the mining claim. The treasure trove claim an mining claim have also been filed in T or C, New Mexico.

Through official sources I have been able to see some of the test results of the tests that were done without my permission. The BLM Office really does not like me keeping the mining claim paid and have done everything within their power to try and keep me quite.

We also know that several engineering firms have been to the treasure site to submit plans as to how to retreive the treasure without letting anyone know that it was taken. The one problem is that the treasure site can be seen from the Highway and from the mobile home park where we have individuals that keep an eye on the site for us. We even have fly-overs by the Federal Government to make sure that no one is doing anything illegal.
