When we went over to the TDA 6 site it was to reset to mining claim stakes and to put the claim number on the steel door that is on the pipe. This is when we met Jim Kough and informed him that he was claim jumping on my claim and he was not a happy camper. I guess that Sonny Riggs had informed him that I was dying and may alread be dead. Needless to say he found out that I am very much alive and healthy. We asked him to take his lock off the door or I was going to cut it off which we did cut the lock off and put our own lock back on.
