We have been advised that Doonald Tangwall has left the Caballo Mountains for Montana, but I have not heard from anyone there in Montana that knows him that he has returned there. We were told that Tangwall was told to empty the 9 supersacks of ore onto the ground and to remove his trucks from the property that belongs to a family member of Sonny Riggs.

I had someone go to the property in question to see if the supersacks had in fact been emptied onto the ground and spread around. It looks like the supersack were not emptied onto the ground at all. That would lead one to believe that Donald Tangwall is up to his old tricks and just took the ore to put it with the rest of the ore that he stole as well there in Utah.
