The Mining & Minerals Division knew nothing about the previous investigation into the activities of Laura J Kent by the SEC. But there is enough concern that she could face criminal charges if the SEC chooses to file them. She has picked a very good partner in Donald Tangwall and proves that birds of a feather flock together. The State of New Mexico knows that what Laura J Kent and Donald Tangwall are doing is really looking for an entrance to the tunnel system so they can recover any treasure that they may or may not find.
