Gordon Walters now has two mining claims in the Caballo Mountains. One of the claims is an overstaked claim. Sonny Riggs through two different names has overstaked the same piece of ground not once but twice. Gordon Walters also put in for mining permit or a plan of operation and that plan has been denied. In fact the BLM was in the Caballos on Wednesday of this last week. He was informed that his plan of operation has been denied. He again was told to fill in the hole that was dug by Sonny Riggs on someone elses mining claim. By Sonny's words the BLM asked him to fill the hole back in if Gordon Walters does not. Sonny also inferred that if he did this for the BLM that he would get special consideration. Tangwall is still in Montana.
