I have just received a letter from Gordon Walters that I am to cease and desist from posting the documents that have come from various agencies on my website. He must not know that the First Amendment clearly states that I have the right to post anything so long as it can be backed up by fact.

He states that I have made over 100 false allegations and misrepresentations that were untrue. The newspaper article from his hometown paper that clearly stated that he and his wife owed $1.3 million dollars. The actual documents state that Gordon Walters and several other people were selling bogus documents to unsuspecting investors. The attorney General for the State of Montana has posted those orders on the Internet. Some of the investors sued Gordon and Gordon lost his property because he lost the suit. Gordon got $100,000 from me which he never paid back. Gordon has received at least two demands for payment and one of them by FedEx. He has received two different Cease and Desists that were done the right way.

The FBI is investigating him for fraud and the FBI agent in charge is Sandra Klein in Billings, MT.

He does not say what the false allegations or misrepresentations are. He threatens me with Tacit Law Court. It is a common law court. So I made a phone call and talked with one of the judges of the Tacit Law Court and they specifically stated that he would not have standing because he has harmed so many people by his defrauding of the investors.

Phone records have been checked and Richard Sanders aka Robert Snyder made phone calls to Gordon every time a threat was made on me by Richard Sanders aka Robert Snyder. There were times that Richard Sanders aka Robert Snyder made the threats without telling Gordon.

It is a fact that Gordon also knows Donald Tangwall and I talked with Donald Tangwall when Gordon Walters and Donald Tangwall were in Roundup, MT before I loaned Gordon the $100,000. Donald Tangwall wanted to make sure that I was sending the money to Gordon.

The BLM verified that Gordon Walters has never and does not have a mining claim or a mining permit.

I gladly welcome Gordon Walters to prove what the 100 allegations and misrepresentations are.

He really is nothing more than a common thief who hides behind the common law to which he perverts and twists to fit the way that he thinks it is. There is one thing that Gordon fails to realize is the Statutory law replaces common law not the other way around.

In the signed documents that I have which bear his signature were all false in the statements that he makes in them.

He also believes that a notary seal and signature carries the weight as a judge but what he failed to realize is the a notary public can only witness his signature and nothing more.

So I say if he wants to meet me in a Court of Law I welcome it and I would love to present the documents that I have concerning Gordon Walter, Donald Tangwall, and Richard Sanders aka Robert Snyders to an actual judge in a court of law.
