We have just be notified by a very reliable source that Donald Tangwall is going to be overstaking active mining claims. He is mainly going to be overstaking the active mining claims that are around the Grantham ranch. We have talked with the BLM in Las Cruces, NM this morning and I explained to them that if I find out that they have allowed Donald Tangwall to overstake my active claim then the BLM, Donald Tangwall and myself are going to be in Federal Court and the BLM is going to have to explain to a Federal Court Judge that once the over staking was brought to their attention that they did nothing. The BLM is the controlling authority on Federal Lands. If they chose to not do their job and protect the mining claims of the people that hold active claims then they need to hire someone that will protect those rights. The Federal Court System will make them to the job that they are suppose to be ding in protecting the rights of the active claim holders.

The document below clearly shows that mining claim is paid through 2011.
