We found out through a reliable source that Donald Tangwall was going to be over staking claims and trying to throw people off their claims. He has even threatened active mining claim holder with having the Sheriff remove them from their claims because he now holds the claims. We notified the BLM office there in Las Cruces, NM as my mining law attorneys advised me to do. The person that I was referred to was out of the office until the 16th of April, 2009. I get a phone call this morning from someone claiming that they are Ed Seum he leaves me a phone number to call that is an invalid phone number. So I call the BLM office in Las Cruces and ask to speak with Ed Seum and they turn me over to his answering machine.
I informed the BLM that is Donald Tangwall was going to be over staking my mining claim NMMC167937 which the fees are paid up to 2011. They would be seeing me in Federal Court and they could tell a United Stated District Court Judge as to why they are not doing their job. They are governing authority over Federal Lands, they have a legal responsibility to prevent that from happening.
Let me give you an example: Sonny Riggs is the lease holder on Franklin #1 and #2, he gets a mining permit for Franklin #1, he then goes and over stake another claim with a new set of claims (Argo #6 and #3) there in the Caballos and then he proceeds to blast away. A check of the active mining claims shows that he over staked the claims. Then no one checks to see if Sonny is blasting away on Franklin #1. Sonny starts blasting away on one of the over staked claims without notifing the active claim holder as he is required to do. Then he over stake M-3 of the Dolrte Claims which are owned by a group from Colorado with a mining claim called ARGO-7.
The BLM in Las Cruces, NM is fully aware of this and has done nothing. They are allowing it to be done so that they can collect the fees. Sonny Riggs does have friends in the Las Cruces BLM office and have been allowing him to get away with just about anything that he wants to do in the Caballos which would be allowing him to over stake claims and mine a claim with a mining permit for another claim.
