PEOPLE NEED TO BE AWARE OF PEOPLE LIKE GORDON WALTERS, DONALD TANGWALL, SONNY RIGGS, BOB GRANTHAM, AND ROY MOEN. NOT EVERY MINING PROJECT IS A SCAM IT JUST HAPPENS THAT THIS ONE IS AND IT IS PEOPLE LIKE GORDON WALTERS, DONALD TANGWALL, SONNY RIGGS,BOB GRANTHAM, AND ROY MOEN THAT GIVES A BAD NAME TO MINING AND TREASURE HUNTING.

It has come to my attention through one Robert Snyder whose email address is dak11o@yahoo.com This gentlemen has been in touch with me telling all types of tales that have been coming from Gordon Walters. This person is a personal friend of Gordon Walters and believes everything that comes out of Gordon's mouth, in the emails he has been trying to tell me that Donald Tangwall is the person that is behind Gordon's problems. In the last email that I got from Robert Snyder he is telling that I had better not go into the Arrey cafe because Roy Sanders may lose his temper. As a lot of people know the Sanders Brothers did threaten me a number of years ago. This Robert Snyder also states that I am working with Sonny Riggs, Bob Grantham and Donald Tangwall and have been removing gold bars from the metal building on Bob's ranch. First it must be said that I have never met Donald Tangwall nor do I care to. I had never met Sonny Riggs before until I went and picked up the truck that was there and then it was to pick up some assays that he had copies of concerning the Doltre claims. Bob I have only seen when he is running cattle.

This is the facts concerning Gordon Walters.

1. He scammed some 88 people out of their money with bogus birth certificate bonds.
2. Someone made a complaint against Gordon.
3. He took a $100,000 from me with the promise to repay once the ore was being processed in Virginia City, Montana.
4. Another investor that Gordon took $300,000 from has already made a complaint to the officials in Montana.
5. He took another $900,000 from another investor with the promise that they would get their money back once the ore was processed.
6. The process was to start once the first truck got to Virginia City, Montana.
7. After the first truck got there then it would be 10 days for us to start seeing our money.
8. Gordon continued to lie to the investors about why they were not getting their money returned to them.
9. Gordon showed the investors an assay that was written on the letterhead of M & W Milling & Refinery. The assay was suppose to be by Norris Labs that showed 43 ounces per ton. Upon the showing of the assay the investor put in more money.
10. Then Gordon needed a house on 2 acres which the investors purchased for $200,000 which in reality Gordon spent $175,000.
11. Then he needed a crusher for $60,000 so the investors gave him the money but when asked about the crusher he states that it is in California but does not tell anyone where it is located.
12. Then he needed $40,000 to move the crusher from California to New Mexico. The crusher as far as we know is still in California.
13. Then he needed $25,000 to pay to Roy Moen to process the ore.
14. After several weeks and months we were told that another $700,000 was gong to be needed before anyone would get their money.
15. Then we are told the the 250 tons of ore was reduced to five 50 gallon barrels.
16. Then we are told the the ore is still on the ground in Virginia City, Montana.
17. A quick check of the barrels in Virginia City, Montana shows that the metals in the barrels contains no gold and may not even be from the ore that came from New Mexico.
18. Donald Tangewall was known to Gordon while Gordon was in Montana and knew of Tangwall's reputation.
19. Trickle Down Trucking received money that was paid to Gordon for the project in New Mexico.
20. Don was contracted by Gordon to move the ore from New Mexico to Virginia City, Montana.
21. From what we have been able to find out is that Don Tangwall was over paid to haul the ore to Virginia City, Montana.
22. Gordon has never asked for the receipts from the scales that Tangwall would have had to gone through.
23. 10 trucks from what we know where received at Virginia City, Montana.
24. 2 more truck loads were also sent but were never received at Virginia City, Montana.
25. Checks were made at the scales and no trip receipts were ever issued to Trickle Down Trucking, Don Tangwall or his mother-in-law.
26. We do know that Roy Moen did process some of the ore and did drop some of the gold out of the ore.
27. We do know that Roy Moen sold some of the gold that he processed from the ore that came from New Mexico.
28. We do know that Gordon has been actively trying to raise more money. We do know that he has not informed the new investors who he owes money to.
29. We believe that Roy is going to be sending Gordon some money from the proceeds of the sell of the gold and Gordon is going to claim that it came from an investor.
30. We also know that nothing that Gordon has said has been the truth. He has refused to go after Tangwall over the missing trucks.

We can go on about this whole thing but it would only prove the following that Gordon is LIAR, THIEF, SCAM ARTIST.
