Well I have just learned that the BLM is running around making threats and mentioning my name a lot. I guess that BLM has nothing better to do than threaten everyone and mention my name. They seem to have forgotten that if I do anything I take them to court. They seem to be exercising treats and intimidation. They seem to have forgotten what 42 U.S.C. 1983 is and what is an artifact and what is not. They have also forgotten that threats of physical violence is against the law. They are doing such a piss poor job of keeping mining sites safe that they have to make threats and false statements about me. I must remind the BLM that I have done nothing wrong, the only thing that I have done wrong in their eyes is to make them do their job which they have not been doing. They ignore court orders, they are running their office there in Los Cruces as if they are part of gang of government employees. I am of the firm believe that the BLM there in Las Cruces dislikes me so much that they will anything they can to cause me harm.
