There is nothing that I dislike more than anything is when one individual gets about $900,000.00 USD to do a mining project and wastes the money and then lies about it to keep the investors from finding out. Gordon Walters who is on Franklin #1 took $900,000.00 USD from some investors only to rip them off. Gordon has a one million three hundred thousand dollar judgement against him in Montana for ripping off investors there. He brought a crew with him from Montana to mine the Franklin #1 and #2 and well as Links #1 thru #4. Sonny Riggs has the mining permit and is a good friend to Gordon. Gordon was to remove the ore get it to a refinery to process the ore for the gold and other metals. So he gets a friend by the name of Don Tangwall to haul the ore to Virgina City, Montana. They get 10 truck loads there then two more loads are loaded up and sent to Virgina City, Montana but they never show up there. Roy Moen at M & W Milling & Refining only to have 250 tons processed wrong and it looks like Roy, Gordon and Don make have been trying to work a deal to steal the gold from the solution. Roy was paid about $25,000.00 USD to process the ore and then he came up with excuse as to why the gold could not be brought out of solution and then he said that he dried the concentrate and wanted another $700,000.00 USD to drop the gold. Gordon told the investors that within two weeks after the ore got to Virgina City, Montana that they would be starting to receive payments. gordon also stated that he had a contract with the Canadian Mint. The oroe was to start bing processed with the first truck got there and then two weeks later payments would begin. The the story changed to that there had to be 250 tons on the ground before the refining could begin. So the investors have not been paid and Gordon has not recieved any more money.

Gordon from day one did nothing but lie to the investors and is continuing to do so as of today. He has not paid his help for months and when he does it is not very much. From what I have been told he is treating them worse than slaves and does not care about their well being. I can only say that if it was me or you there would be someone knocking on our door. The people in Montana that were trying to support him are helping him any more because they told him that if did the same thing in New Mexico that he did in Montana they wanted nothing to do with him. Gordon got the investor to buy him a 2 acre ranch stating that he needed it to move ore to so he could set a crusher. Needless to say he has not done that either. He lost his property in Montana and he needed to buy property in New Mexico. For those that may come across him in the Caballos do not trust him.
